How do I activate my license?
Create your portal account at reign.financial/login using the same email you purchased with. Your license links itself the moment you sign in — no codes to paste.
I created my account with a different email than I bought with
No problem — your license links by matching email, so a mismatch leaves your portal empty. Email reign@aenlagency.co from either address (mention both) and we'll merge them so your license appears.
Where do I download the robot?
In your client portal under Downloads. You'll see the build for the platform your license is for — Reign Forex Robot (MT4) or (MT5). Links are signed to your account and refresh every time you need them — current version and every future update.
What's the difference between the robot and a strategy?
The robot is the engine; a strategy is its configuration — the pair, session, risk, and indicator inputs, sold separately. You need both: the robot to execute, the strategy to tell it how.
Which platform does it run on?
MetaTrader 4 (.ex4) or MetaTrader 5 (.ex5) — each license is locked to one, chosen at checkout. It runs on Windows terminals; on a Mac, use a Windows VPS or your broker's web/VPS offering. On MT5, use a hedging account. Bought the wrong platform? Email reign@aenlagency.co for a swap.
Can I run it on a demo account first?
Yes — and we recommend it. Attach it to a demo chart with your strategy's settings, watch it through a full session, then go live when you trust it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Portal → Billing → Cancel subscription. Access continues through the period you already paid for. Lifetime licenses never expire.
Do I get updates?
Yes. Every update lands in your portal Downloads automatically, included with any active license.
